Yah....FRIDAY!!! I am so very happy the weekend is almost here! This week has been so stressful for some reason! I am doing ok on the diet part, I know that I have not lost anything though and that is ok, I think as long as I can maintain that is even better for me. After I maintain for awhile then I will lose some more....I think that is the best way. Besides I am starting to lift quite a bit so that make it even harder for the scale to go down. But it is cool, I am ok with that!

Thanks for all your posts yesterday, it is good to get advise and listen to what others have to say. Me and my hubby are having an alone night tonight....together, romantic dinner by candle light and the fire place, I can't wait! He found a chicken recipe on line that sounds great it is Baked Chicken w/ Herbs. Sounds really good, he finds some great ones for us a lot!

Meals for the day:
Breakfast ~ Light and Fit Blueberry Yogurt
snack ~ smoothie
Lunch ~ Rice and sauteed veggies
snack ~ veggies
Dinner ~ baked chicken.

Happy Friday to you! I knew you could work it out. You have such a great outlook, even when you are down, that I knew you could pull yourself out of your blues. Great with the hubby, they, and we, like that kind of stuff. Let us know how the chicken turned out.
