YEA!!! I'm glad to hear that ev1 is home safe and sound. Phew! Yes, find some meals that hubby can be satisfied and use portion control to help you regardless of what it is to eat good!! :) You can do IT!! Give yourself a small plate and bowl, instead of a big plate and feel full by eating it, instead of a big full plate. YOU can DO THIS!! :) I'm so excited to keep watching your chart drop! Yayayaya! 

Wow, YOUR time sure passed quickly for me!!!!! Glad all is well. 

Don't ya LOVE seeing that chart going DOWN.....!!! Awesome Focus this week....and yes, planning is key....If I didn't do it...it would be sooooo easy to scoot to the corner store and grab a quick lunch....Used to do it regularly....Now, bet it's been 3 months since I did a "take out" lunch! A little planning can go a LONG way in helping to achieve your goals....BURN THAT RUBBER darlin.... GO BLACK PORSCHE's....HAMMER DOWN for another week of stupendous efforts....and happy to hear hubby is back home...safe and sound... Huggies

I'll bet you're all happy daddy's home! Have you been eating lots of soup while hubby's been away? Won't he eat a lean meat/chicien/fish and some veggies? You might be suprised how much he will like the same foods you eat? maybe with just a few exceptions? Keep up the good work, your charts downward slope is looking mighty fine!
