Is anyone else tired of contributing to their food diary? I find it so tedious. My husband has been getting frustrated with how much I was on the computer while I was being strict with adding every bit of my food. Exercise is easy to add because you only have to do it once.
On a good note, I had my volleyball night last night, and we won all 4 games!! Yay! And to make it even better (for all you volleyballers out there...) we only played with 5 people! I was quite impressed with my team. We kicked some serious butt! Loves it.
I'm also still at a stand still in my weight, but I hope it changes soon. I tried on some of my old clothes yesterday just to see if my size was still the same and it is... whew! So I must be gaining more muscle from working out more this week.
I'm going to the gym today which entailed me getting up to bring my husband to school early this morning (didn't fall asleep until 2:30am because I was so excited about our v-ball win, plus my husband snores, AND I live in an apartment literally a stones throw away from wal-mart and there was a truck outside for hours clearing snow). So maybe I'll have a cuppa green tea, read a book and take a catnap to re-energize myself.
Oh, and I forgot to mention... I sprained my thumb at v-ball last night! It's not a bad one, but it's just bad enough to have to immobilize it for a while. I hope it doesn't interfere with my weight training. :S
Bye bye for now!
