Tonights dinner, my take on a Chicken "Rice" bowl. 1 piece baked chicken thigh 1c of this morning left over riced veggies w. zucchini, 3 stalks sauteed asparagus cut in 3 pieces, 2 tbs garbanzo beans with tomato and 1tbs feta all under 600 cals! 😋😋
