When you don't have alot to lose, it can take longer to take the weight off. Are you taking your measurements? Do your clothes feel more loose? Sometimes we lose fat, instead of seeing a loss on the scale right away. Try it for another week and if you don't see any loss, you might switch things up a bit. Eat 1600 calories one day, 1200 the next. Maybe try breaking up your food intake into 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of 3. Up your protein a little! Lots of different things you can try. Good luck!
