I am feeling really good, managing my thoughts on food, eating in moderation, but I did have a bottle of wine last night, and I still managed to lose weight.
200.4 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 15.8 lb a week

I understand the "thought" management. I find that the hardest. I was thinking of adding thought journaling and meditation, I just have to get it started. CONGRATS ON THE WEIGHT LOSS!! ANATHUS
