I did so well this week, and was so proud of myself! Then I went out to dinner with the family last night and totally blew it....Im so mad at myself. I probably gained back the 3lbs that I lost this week :( So back to it today....I really hate that I do this back and forth to myself...

When dieting you have to reward yourself as well. Think of last nights meal as a reward for a job well done and get back on track today. It might not be as bad as you think.
