So I went down 2 lbs. Usually happens the day after I have a few drinks. Monday it will go up and by Thursday or Friday I will be down again. So, here I do swear that I WILL NOT get on the scale again until Thursday. Cross My Heart and Hope to Die....Happy Mothers Day All!! Today I am making a turkey dinner for my Dear Mother In Law who unfortunately has Alzheimer's Disease. Going to also make her a frozen strawberry daiquiri. It will be tea and water for me. Enjoy your day. xo
146.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
