Today - 45 minutes treadmill at 3mph

WOW!!!!...way to go on the workouts...i just got off the floor from doing my ab crunches..hate to do em, but glad its over with...lol

I've been kinda slack with exercising this past week because my oldest son has been pretty sick. He's recovering and now I'm back on track with my exercise.
