Im having a hard time getting enough sleep... i am not able to work out in the morning since my work starts really early too. I had to leave the house 6am so i can only work out at night around 8 or 8:30 after im done preparing for our dinner. So after work out, it takes a really long time for me to doze off. Last night it was midnight already and i was still awake ☹️...

My husband sometimes has to leave early like that. We now have a ymca membership so 3 days a week he leaves at 4:30 to be there when they open at 5, Home by 6, starts work then takes kids to the bus then back to work. If he has to leave early then he leaves from the gym at 5:30 and I do the kid routine. Maybe there is a gym close that opens early? Also have you thought about parking farther away for work and errands? I was amazed at how many steps I get in from working farther away. Not as good as a workout but anything helps :). Sorry you aren’t getting enough sleep!

Actually i dont have a car .. i commute and getting to work takes 1.20 hours .. and going back home is the same

That would make it very hard :/. Have you considered random workouts? My kids and I play around and sometimes we randomly do some jumping jacks, squats, sprints etc. I haven’t noticed that these things help me a lot but I feel good after them. They’d probably help more if I kept at it for half an hour lol. Hope you find time to work out that works for you and start getting your much needed sleep! I always feel better after being active even if just for a few minutes.
