Apparently one bad day can be enough to kill a week of progress.
It's disheartening to know I can spend the 6 out of 7 days in a week behaving, eating a carefully, and blow it in a day. I'll have to start incorporating more regular exercise in my life.
Also, last week's results tell me that maintenance is going to be very difficult.
One step at a time, have to get to my goal before I worry about maintenance...
