Hey ya'll, how was everyone's day?
I was feeling Lots lots better today, it was a 24 hour bug, thank God! Kaelyn had it too, poor thing! She trhew up all over herself last night. She had Brandon and I scared, we could barely keep fluids down her at all yesterday, and she barely ate a bite. Popsicles were about the only thing we could get her to take!
She and I pretty much just laid on a blanket on the floor in front of th tv and slept/rested all day. If I wasn't laying around I was on the bathroom being sick. Brandon took half a day off work to help out with Kaelyn, which was very helpful. glad that's over with, I hope Brandon doesn't get it now, he can't afford to take any more time off work! But no way could he work feeling like that!
I swear I just had no energy whatsoever, even sitting upright felt like work!
I did a decent cardio session today to get back on track with my exercise, about 40 minutes of my walking dvd , plus some weight training this evening. Feels good to move! I was so stiff from laying around all day it's not even funny!
Anyways, hopefully tommorow I will be able to get even more exercise in. Yoga would be heaven.
I cleaned house today so I don't have a lot of housework to do tommorow. I hate housework, but I like having a clean house! :)
I think I have to go pay some bills tommorow..:X Can this week get any more fun??
Ah, but I'm not complaining. I actually can't wait to get out of the house, we've been stuck indoors for two weeks due to sickness!
Well, I gotta go get some sleep so I can get up at a decent time, I'll holler at ya'll later, Sorry I haven't been keeping up with everyone, I'll get around to ya'll tommorow hopefully!
