When you feel hungry and it is not yet time for you to have a meal, what do you do to overcome hunger and light headedness ???

I have a mint tea with a smidge of sugar in it. I find it fills me up quite well and the sugar should reduce your light headedness. I know some people have a little block of cheese or something like that.

Have some salty broth or bouillon - lightheadedness may mean you are low on electrolytes.
