體重上升但體脂肪有小降,不知道是不是因為我那個快來了,還是最近生酮想轉低碳有吃一點澱粉體重上升了😭

大姨媽就是大姨媽啊,婆婆媽媽的,很囉嗦,行李自然也多到像搬家一樣,😅😅,不過她滾回去的時候,帶走的也很多哦!! 差1公斤多都有機會!!放心
