I joined, what they call "march into May", on the 22nd. They do this program every year at SMMC. I had been only working out a couple times a week and didn't feel I was getting anywhere even if I was watching what I ate. Not only that, but I felt those 2 days were getting harder for me to want to stick to. When "march into May" came up, I knew it worked for me before so this was my chance to start a new. Well, I look forward to my walks and have kept up my 4 weeks so far. I started out with "fatsecret". It gave me black & White details of what I was puting into my bldy and it helps a lot! I have more energy and I want to keep it up. I'm 51 yrs. young in June, and loving it. I feel Great! The no. on the scale is only a guide. To feel healthy and alive is more important. I still eat the "junk" but now I mostly eat healthy foods.
118.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
