ITS HARD TO STAY ON A DIET WITH NO ENCOURAGEMENT IN THE HOME FRONT

I am sorry to hear that your "other" isn't supportive. Remember this is about you, and not them.... FS family support is fantastic. You can do this. I now make "my dinner" and the other "dinner". The funny thing is that some of "my dinner" wants to be shared. Oh, well, what a bummer.......

Thank you to everyone's kind words and support on a thread that isn't even mine. I just started to open up a little on here finally..after using this app for over a month. It's tremendously nice and overwhelming how great complete strangers can be..yet the ones we love can't get on board. Maybe it's time to change other things along with the physical transformation I'm going through. Thank u all. ❤
