I went to the orthodontist this morning and got my retainer fixed as I seem to be biting it in the middle of the night. I think that I am pretending that it is a Twizzler or a piece of filet mignon! I seemed to have bit it so hard that I snapped a wire and created a sharp stake in my mouth...think sharp needle in your mouth. Thank God I am on this diet as soft food is good with this scrape on my tooth and hole in the roof of my mouth. Was that too graphic?
Great workout last night. I did 55 minutes on the elyptical (SP) machine while watching "The Facts of Life" on DVD (muted with captions) and listening to 80's music on the Ipod. Picture it, if you will...No comments, friends...I am a child of the 1980's and those "Facts of Life" girls have taught me many life lessons!
Dinner was an scrambled egg whites and veggies. I got some beautiful green beans at the Farmer's Market and steamed them with onions for lunch today.

Talk about multi-tasking!!!! Elliptical, Facts of Life w/ captions, and the ipod.....impressive! :) You are doing awesome. When it was time for me to increase to an hour workout I noticed I started avoiding the elliptical. 45min was killer and I'm a bit afraid of 1hr. I'll be back to it though when winter comes, right now I'm enjoying the outdoors with biking and walking! :) Keep it up and keep us posted!

Ouch! I am a BIG 80's fan, I have XM radio that has a pure 80's channel and needless to say it is number 1 on the memory:) I used to love Facts of Life. Gotta love anything that has Gearge Clooney porting a killer mullet!
