I was perhaps a little hasty on my last weigh-in. Hopefully my weight will not go up any further. I intend to start jogging every or most mornings starting from tomorrow.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
