2x jelly
900ml greek yogurt 0%
1 cup raspberries
1 cup halves strawberries
biscuits sugar free - to cover the base
Prepare one pack of jelly, but use less water, ca. 250ml. Set aside to cool for 30 min then put into fridge until half set.
Mix jelly with yogurts and pour over biscuits/sponge fingers into round spring form. Put into fridge to fully set.
Meantime prepare second jelly and set aside to cool and half set.
When cheesecake is fully set, decorate with fruits and pour jelly on top.
Back to fridge for some time until top layer of jelly is fully set. Enjoy!
