Did I tell you my new plan? Work job 2 M-W-F only, but later, and take T-T off from job 2 so I have NO excuse to not go to the gym? I think this will work great. I'm already looking forward to tonight just because I'm not going to job 2! So the workout should be great....though my legs are still KILLING me from Sunday. OUCH! :-)

Yesterday, I didn't have my trail mix (forgot it) but will have it today. And I didn't do pasta for dinner, I had a baked potato w/butter, salt/pepper, steamed broccoli and shredded cheese.

Will do the same today, but maybe the pasta for dinner instead...dunno. Depends on how hungry I am before I go to my workout.

That sounds like a wonderful plan.. with work out like yours you definately need the time between to rest your muscles. The potatoe sounds wonderful, just an idea for next time, what if you scooped the insides out and filled it with veggies and then covered it in cheese. That could perhaps save on a few carbs.. Just a suggestion mind you. Have a super and fun-tas-tic day .....

I got to leave job 1 early so went home and went straight to the gym! Sweated my butt off! YAY!! This schedule is gonna be SOOOO much better. I got to come home after and relax and a friend stopped by for a few minutes. I had my potato spinach frittata for breakfast, corn and horseradish cheddar burger (no bun like yesterday), trail mix, pecan/rice crackers, quinoa pasta with marinara and cheese and finally some fresh pineapple. I really should count the calories for this, but I didn't really measure anything when I cooked it all.

It's tough and kinda a drag when you have to measure everything. Glad you had a good work out... keep up the amazing moves forward.

Greetinsgs -I am so happy you ar e changing up the schedule to make yoursef a priority instead if wirk! I know we all beed to work for money but sometimes our health is more important. Love ya! and have a great week!
