No weight entry because I am still on vacation.
However, yesterday I was able to do OMAD (One Meal A Day). Meaning, I only ate one meal. I also did a 1 1/2 hour workout at the resort Gym.
The reason this was so important to me is that my fasting this past month truly did change my relationship with food. I no longer believe I needed to "eat a little something" throughout the day. I recognized it for what it was, a bit of boredom at a slow part of the day.
I did not even have "a small bite" of something because I know from water fasting that if I eat nothing I have no hunger.
But, the biggest thing I got from this experience is that I will actually have more fun on vacation when I stick to healthy eating. I am not depriving myself, so there is no need to take a vacation from it.
