Morning everyone, happy with the small loss after a stressful week -arrrrrrr- could quite easy of given in to temptation ... anyway got to stay positive and focused .. 🤔
1... still having 2xprotein shakes a day
2... water intake up to 1.5 litres , but know I’ve got to increase that .. 😅
Have a good weekend everyone, plenty of sunshine and get the BBQ’s out ? X
178.6 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
