I am sorry to hear! Is there any way your special needs child can get financial support like disability - I don't know how it works but hope you can find a good way to destress.

be encouraged. sending financial blessings & favor your way! stay positive. I'm not for sure where you live, check with your local Salvation Army and see if they have a food pantry/food store vouchers or a utility assistance program. Check with your local DHS office for referrals to local non profits that might assist you since you are currently the head of household. Good luck.

Staying true to your diet plan will be a bright shining light in your day, the last thing you need now is to stress eat, then feel the guilt, afterwords...
Stay strong, stay healthy

Here in the Orlando, Florida area we have a facebook group called Economy of Love that is a hand up giving group. Many people receive food and information for local resources. Our group has over 10,000 members but I am sure there are ones all over the USA just perhaps not as large. So along with local pantries try reaching out via that way. We also have Society of St. Andrew - Florida which is a Non Profit organization that gleans farms when they are done harvesting to provide fresh vegetables and fruits to food banks. I dont know if you volunteer if you might also get something to take away with you that day but I am sure they would let you. You might have something like that in your area. Good luck. If you are looking for a good item to fill your stomach and not add in too much cost or stats check out Pasta Zero Shirataki Spaghetti 8oz by Nasoya It can be found at Walmart for $2.28 near either the tofu or deli area/veg cold case generally. It is plant based but look up the info on it. It is very filling for even 2oz which equals to 2 carbs. HUGS ... Praying
