Just in case you missed the memo I journaled earlier I lost 5.4 pounds while I was gone. In 1 1/2 weeks. Not to shabby if I do say so myself. I'm so proud of me. I am 5.4 pounds lost closer to my goal of 50 pounds in 5 months. 44.6 more to go. This is GOING TO HAPPEN FOR ME. Yah me!!!
