Press-up challenge seems tougher today (day2) as I have some muscular tenderness in the chest and shoulders.
I’m at 70 reps so far and I’m confident I can nail the other 30 by bed time.
The small victory of dropping below 14 1/2 stone makes the aches seem worthwhile
