I have add exercise along with a protein and veggies and little or no carbs. Plenty of water. And the results are showing. I want to stay on track and keep moving. I love this app. Great support from FS.
258.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 78.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
