Nesse ciclo já me adaptei melhor, dieta paleolítica, os resultados melhoraram mas perdi 0,6kg de massa magra e quase dois kg de gordura, próxima meta: ganhar 2 a 3 kg de massa magra!
Daqui pra frente: musculação 5x/semana.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
