So the last time I weighed I was 100kg on the dot. I decided to take a break thereafter as a reward for all the hard work. Well the break set me back a bit coz I stopped losing. But after eating just fruits and vegetables yesterday I decided to get on the scale today. Boy was I excited to see that I'm finally out of the hundreds. Though it's just 400g less, it's something.
219.6 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 76.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
