Only down 1 lb. this week, but that’s not too bad considering I attended two social events over the weekend. At one gathering, I drank a couple of glasses of wine. I also couldn’t resist the cheese plate....had 4 crackers with it. They were SO good. In the past, I would have told myself that I screwed up by cheating, and then would gone completely overboard. But I stopped myself, drank a large glass of water and just nibbled on crudite’ and a few nuts. I’m happy with myself. All of the stories I read here on FS really help! Have a great week.
