Day 1 Goal this week: being more active, treadmill, bike or other , start
off minimum 10 minutes.

Breakfast @ 10:00am tomato and egg (3) omelet, one slice alpine whole grain toast with 1 tbs. butter (carb 17g)

Snack @ 11:00am one-third cup hickory smoked almonds (2.5g)
4 oz. POG juice diluted w/4 oz. water (15g)

Lunch @ 3:30pm one vietnamese tofu summer roll (15g)

Snack @ 4:15pm 4 oz. pomegrante juice, diliuted (15g)
266.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
