A new start. This is the heaviest I've ever been. I feel awful. I'm tired all of the time. Starting a new day, a new week. Did first 30 minutes of Yoga Retreat. For me it was fairly difficult because I'm really out of shape even Though I can work those machines at the gym with no problem. It's really my core is in bad shape. One day at a time.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
