I'm clapping for myself. So happy to start the new year with such results. It can only go downwards from here. No more weight gain for me, and I'm going to fight for my body. So hopeful. 👏👏👏
229.1 lb Lost so far: 40.3 lb.    Still to go: 85.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
