No junk food left in the house to snack on and too tired out from working to eat after dinner anyway. Not drinking anything but water after dinner at night is also helping too I think.
195.8 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
