Front Squats
1 x 3 @ 12 kg 4 x 3 @ 14 kg - 2 sec pause at the bottom
Super set with 5 x 5 DB RDL's
METCON - AMRAP 10 minutes
15 wall balls 15 v - sits
I did 4 rounds. And now my legs are F***ed
