Lots of life changes going on in my life right now, so I haven't been keeping up with my food journaling. I've finally been able to get things under control after a really bad couple of weeks. I stepped on the scale this morning and was happy to be under 180 finally. It's been a long time. Have a wonderful week everyone. Be kind to yourselves. :-)
