Much better. Seeing a 5.4 loss last week was scary because I don't want to lose muscle. my goal isn't to lose weight, it's to lose fat. Slow and steady, but at a nice pace.
184.7 lb Lost so far: 10.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
