Body is adjusting to LCHF. Getting into Keto. Not feeling hungry at all. Just have to increase water intake. Happy with that drop, but I know most is water. Let's Go!
231.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
