My blood pressure is super high, especially for someone who is as young as I am. I need to make sure that I lose weight and get healthier, so that it goes down.
At my next Dr. appointment I am going to mention that hyperthyroidism runs in my family. Maybe there is an issue with that.
My goal is to lose 10 pounds by my next appointment on the 8th of September.
