It's really no big deal. It's not a "real" weigh-in, understood in the way that it's clearly fluctuation going on. I'm not sure why, but I'm sure that's what it is. I've done right. I know this. It's no fat gain. I think it has to do with other factors, and I'm just adjusting those back to how they were. Today is Indulgence Day, and I'm gonna enjoy it, enjoy another weight gain bashing tomorrow, and continue moving in the right direction. It'll budge sooner or later - I've seen this before, been here before, and adviced so many people on this. I don't really worry too much - It's just highly annoying that I see this HIGH number. What are the odds of gaining 4 kgs (8 1/2 lbs) in five days?

Ryan, I feel that I've been doing pretty good. I believe it's just some crazy fluctuation. I have had sleep trouble, and other things like a slight return of the constipation. I think those are the culprits. I'll be fine. Before I know it, it's gone again. Today is Indulgence Day, so I'm prepared for another gain tomorrow, and then hopefully things are starting to look brighter. :)

Just be happy you're not a girl- my weight fluctuates constantly and many times, I can't figure out what's driving it. Stupid hormones!
