I have decided to trust my old 1970's style scales! The one at the farmhouse and the one here at the apartment! Wish I would've weighed myself when I was on track and my clothes were feeling slightly looser. I had family over yesterday for Easter dinner and my sisters, kids and friends weighed themselves and all said their weight was either what they weighed at their doctor or at home! I'm getting rid of the leftover chocolate today so it won't be around anymore! Sent my son home with leftover ham and potatoes and green beans with almonds and some fresh cantaloupe 🍈 fresh pineapple 🍍 and seedless red grapes 🍇 and the rest of the dinner rolls. He'll be set when he gets the munchies! I wish he didn't smoke so much weed but it is helpful when I don't ever have too many leftovers. I'm going to stay under my 1,100 calories today! I just have to get back to that. I don't even understand how I managed to lose 1 lb. when I've been going over my allotted calories, sometimes even twice as many and seldom exercising. I record every bite of anything I consume. This is still new to me but it's becoming habit. Now if staying under my calories would become habit. I'm still trying to get used to the idea that I need to lose weight. I used to be that girl that could just eat whatever and never gain weight, then the back surgery at age 40 was devastating. A combination of poor diet, and age snuck up on me. I used to walk 6 miles a day, for fun. It was not a chore, I truly enjoyed it. It wasn't to be skinny, it was to enjoy nature. I've lost that and it's sad. Soon I'm going to be thinking about the disgusting insects outside, the heat and God awful humidity, and I watch a lot of ID Channel so I've developed this unrealistic fear that I'm going to be the victim of a crime. 😂 Excuses!
150.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
