Wow! A new 20+ year low! I guess my extra active day yesterday paid more dividends than expected. I ended up just having some nuts and cheese before toddling off to bed at 9-ish. I slept really soundly until my bladder woke me at 4:30, but went back to bed and got another 3 hours of solid sleep. It feels great to be rested! Around here, Spring is heralded by a 2-3 week shower of yellow pine pollen. It gets everywhere! It's finally waning, so my main task today is to give my car a good scrubbing. When the dew condenses on a pollen-covered surface, it dries into a rock-hard crust that literally has to be scraped off. UGH! In other news, my neighbors were cleaning out their pool yesterday, getting ready to fill it for the summer. Yay! I can't wait to get back to doing my 'poolates'. I picked up a couple of noodle floats at the Dollar Tree last week for just that very purpose. I want to make another video today, too, but I'm out of ideas for recipes. Any low-carb suggestions? Have a super Sunday, buddies! ~Kes

That's what I'm talkin' about! A twenty year low! Maybe what you needed was a break, and now you're able to get back in the game. 'course, working your butt off and not eating is a pretty good weight loss formula!

Thanks, gang. My collarbones are showing again! I was pretty surprised, TBH. You may be right, Erika....I think I needed to reset my metabolism, because I've had days like that in the past, with no loss, and sometimes a gain. SMH.
