Due to the need to travel out of state to a funeral, and be away for five days, I was restricted to car travel for four days. All the foods seemed to be high sodium foods, although fluids were restricted due to trying to limit the car stops.
I was at 221on We'd and by Tuesday morning was at 226.
I think that exercise is important daily along with my scale.. but, am off to the gym now to work some kinks out.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
