Okay. Finally down on the week end
147.4 lb Lost so far: 84.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

904 kcal Fat: 53.46g | Prot: 44.41g | Carb: 64.89g.   Breakfast: Navels Oranges, Strawberries, Great Value Shredded Hash Browns, American Cheese, Egg, Butter. Lunch: 2% Fat Milk, Swiss Miss Sugar Free Hot Chocolate, Raspberries. Dinner: Vlasic Polish Dill Spears, Heinz Simply Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Tomatoes, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled). more...
