Another pound gone not to be regained! Snowing outside :) so will have to walk the treadmill later and looking forward to setting the wii up again and using it! Time for a bowl of special K now for breakfast.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
