33.6% bodyfat :( but working on that. 81.6 is my new record.
179.9 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

actually, 33.6% cannot be right. when I went to the gym back when I weighed 86 it counted 23%. and I'm 4 kilo's leaner now (and more muscly) 33.6 is obese which I'm not. (overweigt, yes. fat.. possibly, yes I'll accept that, but not obese. I can see my toes for one.) anyways. just felt like putting this in for when I read back
