For four days I avoided carbs and managed to shake off 2,6kg even when I cheated. I will definately keep it up to look.and feel good. 20kg by 25 feb here I come...
218.3 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
