I'm on the right track at the moment. But gaining a bit too fast for my liking. I'll drop about 100 calories from my diet and see how things go.
212.3 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2901 kcal Fat: 81.55g | Prot: 210.76g | Carb: 322.96g.   Breakfast: Oranges, Evox 5XL Muscle Meal, Huletts White Sugar, Jungle Oats, Rama Original Margarine, Selati Golden Brown Sugar. Lunch: Selati Golden Brown Sugar, Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken (Skin Eaten). Dinner: Cooked Mussels, Chicken Meat, Prawns, White Rice. Snacks/Other: Maynards Fruit Jelly Beans, Niknaks Original Cheese, Bananas, Evox 5XL Muscle Meal, Energade Sport Jellies. more...

Sorry to hear you are gaining too quick,hopefully decreasing the calories will help - Hope the training is going well.

Thanks Nicki. What confuses me even more now is that when I weighed myself the following morning, I was 95.5 again. I weigh myself every morning and take an average of my weigh ins for the past week and it shows a 0.3kg increase per week. Which is my goal. The training is going great thanks, I'm still setting new PRs, so am still happy.
