Had clam chowder yesterday, then some vodka and lemon mixer. I think I had handful or two of peanuts. I'm sure I ate more, but can't remember. At least I sustained the same weight as Saturday morning, so that's good. Got to really get down and serious and lose another 10 pounds.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
