I know I hardly been on, but just an update, been doing good with my diet, obviously sticking to it. Still trying to stay with my 1500 or lower calorie eating plan. I work out when I can. I've going through some things but at least I am not slipping.
313.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
