You've come to the right place for some support. Best piece of advice I can give (and I hope you don't mind it) is to record absolutely everything that passes your lips, no matter how much you wish you hadn't eaten it. That way, you will know what had an effect on the outcome. Best of luck!

I totally agree. I had sparr calories left and had a choc bar. Thought about not recording it because I felt guilty, but the only person I was deceiving was myself. Good luck?

Welcome. Ditto Phooka. Keep it honest and be consistent. Is it a clean cappucino or one that's loaded with other stuff?

It was in a sachet, unsweetened. I'm going out for coffee later, but that'll just be ordinary coffee with milk, no sugar, so won't be quite so calorie loaded. My fridge is empty except for some lemons, so have to go shopping. Never know what to eat.
